Admission

All applicants must comply with all the admissions requirements set forth by the Institution, in order to be accepted. The parents or legal guardians are responsible for completing the admissions process.


Re-enrollment

Active students who have met the academic requirements and conduct established by the MINED AND EBM , who have good financial standing with our school, and therefore allowed to continue their studies in this institution.

Re-admission

Students who previously attended our school, and after having studied in another institution for a period no greater than one year, apply for re-admission.

Re-entry students who do not meet this condition should follow the same procedure for admission of new students.

Regular admission

Students who wish to enroll in the School for the first time.


Preschool Enrollment Procedure

  1. Complete application form.
  2. Submit the following documents:
    • Birth certificate.
    • Medical Certification.
    • 2 ID size photographs.
  3. Pay admissions exam fee.
  4. Take and pass the admissions exam.
  5. Complete interview with the school’s psychologist.

First grade enrollment Procedure

  1. Complete application form
  2. Submit the following documents:
    • Previous grade report card and certificate from MINED.
    • Certificate of good conduct.
    • Proof of good financial standing with previous institution.
    • Birth certificate.
    • Letter of good health.
    • 2 ID size photographs.
  3. Pay admissions exam fee.
  4. Take and pass the admissions exam.
  5. Complete interview with the school’s psychologist.

Students applying for grades from kindergarten to twelfth grade should take the admissions exam, which is schedule at our admissions office.

To complete the admissions process, the applicant(s) following documentation should be turned in for analysis:

  • Application form.
  • Previous grade report card.
  • Admissions exam results.
  • Any other information deemed necessary, and provided by the parents.

Registration for Foreigners

In addition to the regular admissions process, the following documents should be presented:

  • Birth Certificate (certified by the proper authority in the country of origin – if student was not born in El Salvador.)
  • Transcripts for previous grades certified by proper authority and sealed and apostilled by the Salvadorean Consulate or Embassy in country of origin.
  • The previous documents are presented to the Ministry of Education of El Salvador (Dpto. de Acreditación) so they can be validated, and student´s admittance to the grade approved.
